1.Delivery Charges
    •    Delivery charges are calculated based on distance from our store and order weight.
    •   All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
    •   Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be collected by our delivery partner during delivery.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay the shipping charges.

2. Delivery Timeline
    •    Orders placed before 4 PM will be delivered the same day (in most cases).
    •    All other orders will be delivered within 1 working day.
    •    We operate 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (except major holidays).

    •    We deliver using our own fleet of auto drivers, trained to handle materials safely.
    •    We may also use Porter for urgent or long-distance deliveries within Bangalore.
    •    All deliveries are monitored and confirmed via WhatsApp or phone.

    •    After dispatch, our team will notify you via WhatsApp or phone call with the delivery details.
    •    Live tracking is not available currently, but real-time delivery status can be requested via WhatsApp.
